Payment can be made via cheque, EFT or by credit card. Once you complete the package registration, a JA staff member will follow up with your invoice and more important details about how to join.

Once you’ve registered your package, your JA contact will share a shareable e-ticket with a unique login code for your guests to use to register. The instructions will be on this e-ticket. (simply click on the ‘REGISTER AS A GUEST’ button here.

Guests will range from JA students, Board members and corporate supporters to volunteers and individuals who represent the business community of Toronto. If you are purchasing a package, it is up to you who you would like to invite as your guests. These individuals can be from within your organization or external contacts from your network. The event is family friendly, so guests’ children are welcome to listen in as well if you are participating from home. The goal of this event is to raise awareness about our mission and funds to support our programs, celebrate the success of our outstanding students and recognize our generous donors and stakeholders.

Prior to the event, you will receive an email reminder with the link to join. The link to join will also be added to the registration site here. You will require the password you used upon registration to gain access to the event.

Yes. During the networking session starting at 4:30pm, guests will be able to join the platform and engage with each other via text chat. You can also access an attendee directory to see who is at the event!

Upon registration you are sent a confirmation email to add the event to your calendar. On this calendar invite you can manage your registration which includes resetting this password or changing your delivery address if you purchased a gold package. No, guests will not be on video so feel free to wear whatever you would like. There is an event photobooth as part of the reception, so keep this in mind as well!

We have contracted a specialized and highly recommended company, TK Event, experts in virtual event experiences, to produce and host our event.
