31st Annual JA Central Ontario Governors’ Dinner
APPETIZER: Roasted butternut squash, corn & charred pepper soup.
ENTRÉE: Ontario chicken (halal) with smoked gouda & thyme glaze, leek & oyster mushroom saute, crushed potatoes, market vegetables, VQA cabernet jus.
DESSERT: A selection of ruby uzu tart, coconut mocha de leche pot de crème, or brownie. Freshly brewed coffee, decaffeinated coffee & teas will be served.
