Five Years of Impact with Zurich Canada & Z Zurich Foundation

At JA Central Ontario, we’re incredibly grateful for our five-year partnership with Zurich Canada and the Z Zurich Foundation. Together, we’ve empowered thousands of students to build critical life skills, grow confidence and explore possibilities for the future. This collaboration reflects our shared belief in creating equal opportunities for young people through mentorship and career exploration.
Impact by the Numbers
Over the course of our partnership, nearly 11,800 students across Central Ontario have benefited from learning experiences that build financial literacy, leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
Among high school participants, over 380 students have experienced transformative growth, gaining confidence, resilience and enhanced career readiness. This incredible impact has been supported by almost 320 Zurich Canada employee volunteers who contributed their time, expertise and mentorship to inspire the next generation of leaders.
