A panel of experts with a range of experiences and journeys will showcase how diversity, equality and inclusion shape a prosperous career.

Each speaker will talk for 5 minutes about their career journey. Students will then have the opportunity to ask questions.

Candice has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. She is focused on helping charitable foundations and high net worth clients achieve their long-term financial goals. Strategic philanthropy is also an important part of Candice’s practice and she is passionate in working with clients to identify values and areas where philanthropy can play a role.
Scott is a serial entrepreneur having founded 10 companies and one non-profit. He is the managing broker of three real estate firms in British Columbia, and the creator of the business broker course for Vancouver's 25,000 real estate agents. Scott's newest venture is called OpnRoad.io, a software company focused on helping small business owners sell their companies for maximum value.

Amanda Lewis is a young professional with expertise in customer experience and corporate strategy. She is an equity champion by advocating for inclusive change and accountability. She is currently working for Mazda Canada in the Regional Operations department.
Lead, Growth Platforms (Future of Trust), Deloitte Canada
Michael is a diverse and agile leader in every sense of the word, having served clients in the consumer, financial services and mining industries delivering assurance, advisory and consulting services, and is currently the Senior Lead for the Future of Trust at Deloitte Canada. An active member of the 2SLGBTQ+ community and a Director on the Board of The 519 as well as on the Advisory Committee for LGBTQ+ engagement with CPA Ontario, he previously served as Treasurer on the Board of Pride Toronto and a Director on the Board of Start Proud as well. Michael is a member of CPA Ontario's Council and Women College Hospital Foundation's Development Committee. A community builder at heart, he has been recognized as a Catalyst Canada Honours Champion, CPA Ontario Emerging Leader and Notable Life LGBTQ+ Leader of the Year.
