An event that brings together 250 high school students who self-identify as female, femme, two-spirit, nonbinary or nonconforming come together for mentorship and career inspiration.
Behind every success story is a journey you don’t always see.
At Empowering Young Women+ 2027, we’re going Beyond the Highlight Reel to have honest conversations about setbacks, self-doubt, pivots, and resilience. The theme encourages young people to embrace the full journey, not just the moments that make the highlight reel, recognizing the experiences along the way are what shape future success.

Get Involved
Sponsorship Opportunities
- Mentor Sessions: Your organization will provide career mentors to connect with students in small group discussions. During the conversations, students learn about their educational and career journeys, discussing challenges, successes and advice.
- Career Fair: The Career Fair gives students the chance to learn about various career opportunities within your organization. Each sponsor will have a booth that students will visit. They're encouraged to bring branded signage and swag for the students and to be ready to answer a lot of questions.
