Company Program Registration

Programs are scheduled to begin the week of November 6, 2023.

Please review the following important updates and reminders regarding registration below.

If you would like to be placed on the waiting list for a program that is currently full, please fill out the request form here.

Requests are not guaranteed and are only available if a spot becomes open. We will review requests based on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The deadline to join or switch teams is Friday, November 17th.

About registration

Registration is First-come, First-serve – Space is limited!

Limited space is available per program and registration is first-come, first-serve. Once spots in a program fill up, the program will automatically close.

You will have 10-minutes from the time you select your location on the map in the registration portal to complete your registration and confirm your spot. Review the information below and prepare ahead to ensure you have all the details to complete registration.

The only way to see if a program is still available, is to log into the registration portal. The map will indicate the number of spots left in a program. We recommend that you look at 2 to 3 programs (from the list below) in case your first choice fills up.

You can only register for one program at a time. Do not register more than once. If you have been registered into more than one program, you will be disqualified from all programs and may lose your spot. If you accidently register for two programs, please contact us immediately.

What information do I need in advance to register?

Please make sure you have the following information with you to complete the registration process smoothly and to secure your spot:

Login Details (your username and password) if you are a returning student
Personal Information (name, address, email, school name)
Parent/Guardian Information (name, email, phone numbers)
Two emergency contacts (name, phone numbers)
Medical and/or allergy information

Once you have entered your information and have clicked the “submit” button, please do not refresh, or exit the page and wait while we are processing your registration. This can take a few minutes.

Requesting changes and waiting list for full programs

If you have changed your mind after registering or if you would like to be placed on the waiting list for a program that is currently full, please fill out the request form here.

Requests are not guaranteed and are only available if a spot becomes open. We will review requests based on a first-come, first-serve basis – whoever submits the request first, will be reviewed first. No exceptions.

The deadline to switch teams is Friday, November 17th.
