Celebrating Our 2024-2025 JA Company Program Award Winners
As the 2024-2025 JA Company Program came to an end, we proudly celebrated the exceptional talent, creativity and innovation of our young entrepreneurs. Across Central Ontario, over 600 high school students dedicated 18 weeks to launching and running businesses. Through the program, they gained hands-on experience, built confidence and developed transferable skills that will shape their futures.
This spring, we honoured the recipients of our group awards and individual awards, spotlighting everything from outstanding teamwork and innovative product design to leadership in sustainability, finance, marketing, sales and more. Each award represents the collaboration and commitment that makes JA Company Program experience so impactful.
Through several events, including the Zurich Awards Night and Export Development Canada’s (EDC) Celebration Night, students, advisors, volunteers and partners gathered to celebrate the most inspiring achievements.
The young leaders also had the opportunity to connect with industry leaders and explored the future of innovation with the Creative Destruction Lab, hosted at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
We are incredibly proud of every student who participated in this year’s Company Program, and grateful to the volunteers, advisors and partners who made this experience possible.
