JA Central Ontario requires that every volunteer submit the name of one  professional reference. Please include the name of your reference, their full address, phone number, email, and indicate their association with you. If you are interested in volunteering for Company Program please submit two professional references. References will be contacted and all reference information will be kept strictly confidential.

As part of the volunteer application process for volunteers interested in Company Program, we will ask that you complete a form authorizing a Police Records Check, Canadian Information Centre Check or Child Abuse Registry Check to be made on your behalf, or Company Program Volunteers must provide an orignal Police Records Check. 

Your involvement with Junior Achievement of Central Ontario may be dependent upon the results of these screening procedures. In addition, your participation may be contigent on the matching of your skills, abilities and knowledge sets as they relate to any volunteer position.
